Adding another possibility for a Tools sessions, I can walk through the process of building a simple timeline and map display using Open Knowledge Labs TimeMapper tool. The session could be a part of a collaborative tools sessions (10-15 minutes on each), or a stand-alone that could have attendees work-up their own timelines in the allotted time period.
